Who this covers

Blonde Briefed Paralegal provides contract paralegal support to licensed attorneys and law firms. This page explains what information the business collects through this website and the client portal, and how it is handled.

What is collected

Availability requests collect your name, firm, business email, phone number if you provide it, and the details of the matter you describe. The client portal stores matter names, work records, invoices, and account details. Payment details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on this site.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to your request, scope and perform the work, issue invoices, and maintain the records a professional services business is required to keep. It is not sold, and it is not used for third-party advertising.

Matter and client information

Do not submit confidential client information through the public availability form. Matter documents are shared through your own systems or the portal once an engagement and a confidentiality agreement are in place.

Service providers

Hosting, email delivery, and payment processing are provided by third-party vendors that process data on the business's behalf. Access to records is limited to what those services require to operate.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained for as long as needed to serve the engagement and meet professional and tax obligations. You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask that an availability request be deleted, by submitting a request through the availability form.

Not legal advice

This business is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation to any person.
