How filing works: We e-file only at your direction, under your firm's e-filing account and payment method. Court filing fees and e-filing service charges are billed to your account, not advanced by us. Nothing is submitted until you approve the final document, and fee waivers are applied where on file.
Send the file.
Get it back briefed.
Tell us the matter, the court, and the deadline. You'll get a written scope with a price and a date. Written response to new matters within one business day.
